Come to Seneca Creek State Park for a fun, 30-45 minute program for all ages. Meet a living snake or turtle and examine shells and skins from reptiles living in the park!

Beginner Hooping

Seneca Creek State Park

Start the year off with this fun, new way to exercise! Hula hooping provides a productive aerobic activity to help shed winter weight. This lesson will focus on basic waist hula hooping and strengthening coordination. All skill levels are welcome. Limited hoops will be available to borrow. Meet at the park office.
