Young artists will create beautiful works of art using tissue paper, watercolor canvas paper, and a little bit of water. Watch as the water smoothes down the colorful paper against the canvas and the colors bleed together to make a serene scene. Tissue paper art is relaxing and suitable for any age level. There will be three sessions for a maximum of 10 per session, and advance registration is required:

Session 1, 12:00 – 12:50 pm
Session 2, 1:00 – 1:50 pm
Session 3, 2:00 pm – 2:50 pm

This Create Date will be held outdoors at the picnic tables in front of Sandy Spring Museum. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be held in the Dr. Bird room. All provisions being taken for museum programs are in accordance with state and county policy. A face covering must be worn by anyone attending the WondeRoom program while on museum property. Hand sanitizer will be provided for use prior to the start of the program. Please contact the museum with any questions.
