Become a historian for the day by helping Sandy Spring Museum transcribe notebooks and genealogy records from families with long histories in the Sandy Spring community. This work makes historical documents searchable and more accessible to researchers. Museum staff will provide guidance, and volunteers may attend one or both sessions. Open to ages 13 and older. Students can earn SSL hours. Registration is required. Free.
