Weekday Hike [CANCELED]

This event has been canceled, but the park is open during regular hours for outdoor recreation. Come for fresh air and a leisurely 60- to 90-minute hike on the far side of Clopper Lake. Look for interesting plants, animals and winter waterfowl as you explore nature. Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Met at Quail Ridge.

Join Montgomery Parks and the Clarksburg Foundation for a free family fun day!  The Annual Kites Over Clarksburg is held at Ovid Hazen Wells Recreation Park, 12001 Skylark Drive in Clarksburg, the last Saturday in March each year. We will learn how to "tap" a maple tree to make real maple syrup and watch the process take place. The cabin is adjacent to the Main Office.
